Reappointing Auditors of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand

PURSUANT to section 43 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964 (as amended by section 2 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Amendment Act 1971), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby reappoints the members from time to time of Messrs Hutchison, Hull and Company and Messrs Clarke, Menzies and Company, Chartered Accountants, to be the auditors of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, for a term of 2 years, commencing on the 1st day of July 1977.

Authorising Talley’s Fisheries Limited to Reclaim Land at Moutere Inlet, Motueka Harbour

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Talley’s Fisheries Limited to reclaim from the bed of the Moutere Inlet, Motueka Harbour, an area of 2.3 hectares, more or less, of freehold land, as shown coloured blue on plan M.D. 15852 and deposited in the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 14, 10 February 1977, at page 264, directing the sale of land in Block VIII, Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County, by omitting the piece of land being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 2536, containing 1465 square metres, secondly described in the Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedule.
