IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of DREMER PRODUCTS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, and carrying on business there as silk screen printers and contract printers of fabrics:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 17th day of May 1977 presented to the said Court by MANUKAU KNITTING MILLS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Wednesday, the 15th day of June 1977 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

THE Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule below for the purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945. A plan of the land which the council proposes to take is available for public inspection during normal office hours free of charge in the office of the City Solicitor, Seventh Floor, Municipal Office Building, Mercer Street, Wellington. If any person is directly affected by the proposal and has an objection which is not related to the amount or payment of compensation he should put his objection in writing and send it to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 175 The Terrace, Wellington, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector does not require this, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land containing four perches and eight tenths of a perch (4.8) more or less, being part of Lots 11 and 12 on Deposited Plan 795, part of Section 119, City of Wellington, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of the title, 90/157 (Wellington Registry).

NOTE: This land is that property commonly known as No. 8, Crosby Terrace, Wellington.

HAWKE’S BAY CATCHMENT BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE: TUTAKURI-WAIMATE FLOOD CONTROL AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT SCHEME: LOAN 1976: $60,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on the “Tutakuri-Waimate Flood Control and Drainage Improvement Scheme Loan 1976” $60,000, authorised to be raised by the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board for the purpose of meeting part of the cost of the above scheme, the said Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board hereby makes and levies a special rate on the acreage system on all the property in the “Tutakuri-Waimate Flood Control and Drainage Improvement Scheme” area which has been classified for rating purposes. Such rates will be for lands classified A to G as follows:

Land classified A: $5.391180 per acre.
Land classified B: $4.312944 per acre.
Land classified C: $2.695590 per acre.
Land classified D: $1.078236 per acre.
Land classified E: $0.269559 per acre.
Land classified F: $0.053912 per acre.
Land classified G: $0.000000 per acre.

for each year until the loan is fully repaid.

I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a special meeting of the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board, held on the 18th day of November 1976.
