In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and M. & M. WEST COMPANY LTD.:
Notice is hereby given that the above company has passed the following extraordinary resolution.
That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company, by reason of its liabilities, is unable to carry on its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kenneth Bowker, Chartered Accountant, of Hamilton, be nominated as liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
A meeting of shareholders and creditors will be held in Creditmens-Dun Boardroom, Liverpool Street, Hamilton, at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, 14 June 1977.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was on the 6th day of April 1977 presented to the said Supreme Court by DULUX NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business as manufacturers; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 17th day of June 1977 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for the purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for the same.
