  1. The Traffic (Matamata Borough) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated the 17th day of June 1975†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Matamata Borough and Matamata County, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Matamata Borough:

No. 27 State Highway (Mangatarata–Tirau) from Jellicoe Road to the southern boundary of Matamata Borough.

Banks Road.

Burwood Road: from Banks Road to Tamihana Street.

Garland Street.

Hinuera Road: from No. 27 State Highway (Mangatarata–Tirau) to the southern boundary of Matamata Borough.

Mangawhero Road: from a point 140 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said road from Kilbride Road to the eastern boundary of Matamata Borough.

Peria Road: from the north-western boundary of Matamata Borough to a point 300 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from Gladstone Road.

Station Road: from Smith Street to the western boundary of Matamata Borough.

Tower Road: from the north-eastern boundary of Matamata Borough to a point 120 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said road from Rawhiti Avenue.

Waharoa Road: from the northern boundary of Matamata Borough to a point 60 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Peria Road.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Matamata Borough and Matamata County:

No. 27 State Highway (Mangatarata–Tirau) from Jellicoe Road to Banks Road.

Burwood Road: from a point 250 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Banks Road to Tamihana Street.

Hinuera Road: from No. 27 State Highway (Mangatarata–Tirau) to a point 240 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from Haig Road.

THIRD SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Matamata Borough:

Garland Street.

Mangawhero Road: from a point 140 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said road from Kilbride Road to a point 80 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said road from Garland Street.

Waharoa Road: from a point 100 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Gladstone Road to a point 60 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from Broadway.

Approval of Class B Mobile Machinery

Pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Taxation Regulations 1966, the Minister of Transport hereby approves, for the purposes of Part II of the Second Schedule of the said regulations, the following machinery:

Pulvi-mixers.

Customs Act—Dumping Duty

Pursuant to the provisions of sections 129 (1) and (11) of the Customs Act 1966, as amended by section 6 of the Customs Amendment Act 1971, notice is hereby given that dumping duty, equivalent to 100 percent of the amount by which the f.o.b. export selling price is less than the current domestic value, determined in accordance with the provisions of this Act, shall be payable in respect of the following goods:

93.07.111 Sporting Ammunition and parts thereof: Cartridges for sporting guns: Ball.
.22 calibre, rim fire.

This decision is in respect of such goods imported into New Zealand and entered for home consumption on import entry No. 72647 at Auckland on 27 January 1977.

Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand: Designation of Administrative Local Authority for Glenfield Community Arts Council

Pursuant to section 36 of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, I hereby designate the Takapuna City Council to be the administrative local authority in respect of the Glenfield Community Arts Council.

New Plymouth Boys’ High School Board of Governors Notice 1977

Pursuant to section 54 of the Education Act 1964 the Minister of Education gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the New Plymouth Boys’ High School Board of Governors Notice 1977.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1977.

  2. The Board of Governors of New Plymouth Boys’ High School shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Taranaki Education Board.
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school.
    (c) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school.
    (d) Two members appointed by the New Plymouth Boys’ High School Old Boys’ Association.
    (e) One member appointed by the school committees of the Bell Block State Primary School, the Mangorei State Primary School, the Devon Intermediate School, and the Highlands Intermediate School.

  3. The New Plymouth High Schools Board of Governors shall cease to control the New Plymouth Boys’ High School and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board constituted by clause 2 of this notice.

New Plymouth High Schools Board of Governors Notice 1977

Pursuant to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the New Plymouth High Schools Board of Governors notice 1977.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1977.

  2. (1) The board of governors of New Plymouth Girls’ High School and Spotswood College shall be known as the New Plymouth High Schools Board of Governors.
    (2) The constitution of the New Plymouth High Schools Board of Governors is hereby varied and the board shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Taranaki Education Board.
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the schools controlled by the board.
    (c) Three members elected by the parents of the pupils attending New Plymouth Girls’ High School.
    (d) Three members elected by the parents of the pupils attending Spotswood College.
