State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as inserted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976) I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Haurangi State Forest Park.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY— FEATHERSTON COUNTY
SECTION 2, Block XI, Haurangi Survey District: area, 59.0841 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 16687).
As shown on plan N. 165/5 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of May 1977.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council Pursuant to sections 37 (3) and 37 (4) of the Cinematograph Films Act 1976, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints:
William Newton Sheat, B.A., LL.B., O.B.E.
as Chairman of the Films Licensing Authority, for a term of office expiring on 16 May 1980, and
Kenneth James Follas, and Ronald Walsh Kivell as the other members of the Films Licensing Authority for terms of office expiring on 16 May 1980.

Appointment of an Honorary Community Officer under the Maori Welfare Act 1962 Pursuant to section 5 (1) of the Maori Welfare Act 1962, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby appoints Edward Petera Twist as an honorary community officer for a term of 3 years. Reappointment of Honorary Community Officers under the Maori Welfare Act 1962 Pursuant to section 5 (1) of the Maori Welfare Act 1962, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby appoints the persons named in the schedule hereto, as honorary community officers for a further term of 3 years.
