Shipping and Seamen Act 1952—Cancellation of Appointment and Appointment of a Member and Deputy Member of the Marine Council
PURSUANT to section 15A of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952 (as substituted by section 2 of the Shipping and Seamen Amendment Act 1971) as Minister of Transport, I hereby:
(1) Cancel the appointment of Raymond Donald Munro as a member of the Marine Council.
(2) Cancel the appointment of Captain Geoffrey John Swallow as a deputy member of the Marine Council.
and
(3) Appoint Arthur John Schofield a member of the Marine Council.
(4) Appoint Arthur Graham Smith a deputy member of the Marine Council.

Shipping and Seamen Act 1952—Cancellation of Appointment and Appointment of a Member and Deputy Member of the Marine Council
PURSUANT to section 15A of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952 (as substituted by section 2 of the Shipping and Seamen Amendment Act 1971) as Minister of Transport, I hereby:
(1) Cancel the appointment of David John Abrahams as a deputy member of the Marine Council and appoint him a member of the Marine Council.
(2) Appoint James McKay Savage a deputy member of the Marine Council.

Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Southdown-Avondale Railway at Onehunga
PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to middle line Proclamation 13576, for the purposes of the Southdown-Avondale Railway on and after the 23rd day of May 1977.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation 382108 and, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamations 382108 and 853912, for Sockburn-Styx Railway purposes from and after the 23rd day of May 1977.
