Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Street in the Borough
of Taupo
Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice dated the 9th day of February 1977, published in
New Zealand Gazette No. 23 of 3 March 1977, at page 451
proclaiming land as street in the Borough of Taupo, pursuant
to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by
omitting the piece of land being Lot 63, D.P. S. 22366,
containing 692 square metres, described in the Schedule
thereto, and substituting the following Schedule.
