Paragraph 2. Small Lots.--Omit this paragraph and substitute:
- Small lots--Except where otherwise specified the charge for any quantity less than the
wagon minimum prescribed will be based on such minimum or on actual quantity subject to a
minimum of 0.25 mΒ³--at the following scale if cheaper:
