NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ELECTRIC POWER PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF TAURANGA.

Notice is hereby given that the Tauranga Electric Power Board proposes, under the provisions of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, and the Public Works Act 1928, to take for electric power purposes the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for a distribution substation; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the board, Spring Street, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Portion of that parcel of land, situated in the City of Tauranga, being No. 34, Meadowland Street, described as follows:

1718 Part Lot 2 on Deposited Plan S. 14434, situated in Block VI, Tauranga Survey District, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 21B, folio 104, South Auckland Registry, as delineated on Survey Office Plan S.O. 49018.
