IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of KEDRON MOTORS LIMITED, a company duly incorporated having its registered office at 25 King Street, Te Kuiti, and carrying on business as garage proprietors:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition that the above-named KEDRON MOTORS LIMITED be wound up by the Court, under the provisions of the Companies Act 1955, or for such other order as in the circumstances to the Court seems fit, was presented to the Supreme Court on the 15th day of February 1977 by B. P. NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 26th day of May 1977 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and that any creditor or contributory of the said company intending to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing either in person or by counsel and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
Any creditor or contributory intending to appear on the hearing of the petition either to oppose or support must send notice of his intention to the petitioner or to its solicitor within the time and within the manner prescribed by Rule 22 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1956.
