Declaring Road in Block VII, Kaeo Survey District, Whangaroa County to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XIV, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in James Lester Beckett, of Waiotira, farmer, a one-half share; John Hieatt Nicholls, of Whangarei, land representative, a one-quarter share; and Jeanette Melrose Nicholls, his wife, a one-quarter share, as tenants-in-common in the said shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage 006773.2.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui; and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road firstly, fourthly, and fifthly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in P. Reinhard Farms Limited, and also declares that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Allan Joseph Foster, of Oruaiti, farmer, and also hereby declares that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and shall, when so taken, vest in P. Reinhard Farms Limited.
