Land Taken for Road in Block VII, Ohinewairua Survey District, Rangitikei County

Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of May 1977.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 23 square metres, situated in Block VII, Ohinewairua Survey District, being part Awarua 2C12C; as shown on plan S.O. 30724, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon marked E.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of April 1977.
