Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block II, Otanake Survey District, Waitomo District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the District of Waitomo, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest, as to the areas of 23.7 perches and 17.5 perches thereof, in Roger Gordon Boddie and Bevian John Boddie, of Te Kuiti, farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 638726 and statutory land charge S. 648069, South Auckland Land Registry; as to the areas of 30.8 perches, 5.8 perches, 10.3 perches, and 1 acre 3 roods 5.7 perches thereof, in L. K. Holloway Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Otorohanga; as to the area of 4.6 perches thereof, in Riria Kurukuru Tiemi, of Oparue, married woman; and as to the area of 20.3 perches thereof, in Walter Jesse Willis, of Te Kuiti, farmer; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the said land shall, when so taken, vest in the said L.
