Land Proclaimed as Road in Block XI, Wairere Survey District, Piako County and Block XV, Wairere Survey District, Matamata County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, which land shall vest, as to the land described in the First Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Piako, and as to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block XI, Wairere Survey District, described as follows:

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest, as to the land described in the First Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Piako, and as to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata, from and after the 28th day of April 1977.

(b) Stops the said road.
