Station B (Saddle Hill); then generally north-easterly along the summit of the Bryant Range to North Castor Peak, the point of commencement; excluding therefrom the Borough of Blenheim, as hereinbefore described and the Borough of Picton as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1882, page 126, and also excluding therefrom all those areas below mean high water mark in the Marlborough Sounds, Croisilles, and D’Urville Island areas and adjacent bays, inlets, and open waters, extending from Pukerau Point in Block IV, Whangamoa Survey District, to Glasgow Bay, in Block XIV, Arapawa Survey District, and lying outside a line in Pelorus Sound commencing at Black Point, in Block V, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding generally along the middle of Mahau Sound to a point on the south shore of the said Sound in line with the western boundary of Part Section 21, Pelorus Sound Registration District, in Block VI, Linkwater Survey District, and outside a line in Queen Charlotte Sound commencing at a point on the northern shore of that Sound on the production of a right line joining the north-western corner of Part Section 21, Pelorus Sound Registration District, and the south-eastern corner of Lot 4, D.P. 1760, in Block VI, Linkwater Survey District, and proceeding southerly to the middle of the said Sound and easterly generally along the middle of the said Sound to Karaka Point, in Block VII, Arapawa Survey District.

ALL that area in the Marlborough, Nelson, and Canterbury Land Districts bounded by a line commencing at the middle of the mouth of the Awatere River and proceeding generally south-westerly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 30, Wakefield Downs Registration District, in Block VIII, Clifford Bay Survey District; then north-westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle line of Redwood Pass Road; then south-westerly along that middle line to a point in line with the middle line of the unformed legal road forming the south-western boundary of Section 29, Wakefield Downs Registration District; then north-westerly to and along the middle line of the said unformed road and the south-west boundary of part Lot 8, D.P. 620, and its productions across the South Island Main Trunk Railway and along the south-west boundary of Part Section 2, Block V, Clifford Bay Survey District, and its production across State Highway No. 1 to the south-east boundary
