Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Trustees of the Waimate Racecourse and Declaration That the Said Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Waimate Racecourse Reserve Act 1881

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for public racecourse and recreation ground purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Trustees of the Waimate Racecourse, in trust, for that purpose, and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Waimate Racecourse Reserve Act 1881.

The Franklin Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1967, Amendment No. 2

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Franklin Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1967*, as amended by the amendment specified in the Schedule hereto, by adding to that part of the Schedule headed “Lines Authorised”, the following paragraph:

(6) A line commencing from a point on the Franklin Electric Power District’s boundary and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for approximately 200 metres to the eastern side of the Marumaru-Miranda Road and thence in a southerly direction along the said road for approximately 660 metres, all being in Block VI Wharekawa Survey District. The said line is more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 946 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
