The commission of 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) Matthew David Beattie lapses with effect from 19 October 1975.
John Austin McNichol is appointed to a commission in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) with effect from 26 November 1976.

The following are appointed to a commission in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) with effect from 5 February 1977:

6th Battalion (Hauraki) RNZIR
Captain Colin Douglas Muter is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal N.Z. Infantry Regiment, in the rank of Captain with effect from 4 February 1977.

1st Army Air Supply Organisation, RNZASC
Second Lieutenant Jon Garth Coulam is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Regimental List, 1st Army Air Supply Organisation, RNZASC, in his present rank and seniority with effect from 13 January 1977.
Mark Newall Mason is appointed to a commission in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant (on prob.) with effect from 10 February 1977.

Captain Graham Wallace Jackson resigns his commission with effect from 16 December 1976.
