CORRIGENDUM
In the declaration, dated the 30th day of November 1976, and published in the Gazette, 22 December 1976, No. 129, page 2934, declaring land taken for State Housing purposes in the County of Taranaki, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for the words and figures “for road, from and after the 22nd day of December 1976” immediately preceding the First Schedule, read the words and figures “housing purposes from and after the 22nd day of December 1976” which words and figures appear in the original declaration signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

Proclaiming an Area in the City of Christchurch to be a Reclamation Area Under Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 19 of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the land defined in the Schedule hereto to be a reclamation area under Part II of the said Act; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of March 1977.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area of land situated within the City of Christchurch within the area bounded by Brougham Street, Burlington Street, and Hastings Street, being more particularly the land described below, containing a total area of two thousand four hundred and seventeen square metres (2417 m²) or thereabouts (subject to survey), being the whole of Lot 2, D.P. 9857, Rural Section 40574 and Rural Section 235, and being all the land described in certificates of title (Canterbury Registry), Volume 6B, folio 439, Volume 434, folio 239, Volume 376, folio 275, and also all the land described in documents numbered 53017/1 and 57521/1 at the Canterbury Land Registry Office and being part of the land described in certificates of title (Canterbury Registry), Volume 101, folio 218, Volume 172, folio 132, as the same is shown cross-hatched and coloured pink on the plan numbered S. 730 S.H. 1 (b) held at the Head Office of the Housing Corporation of New Zealand.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 24th day of March 1977.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby (a) proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board as from the 21st day of April 1977; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
