PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hawke’s Bay, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
