Notice is given that by entry in the minute book, dated 28 March 1977, W. F. and J. C. White Ltd., resolved:
The company cannot by reason of its liabilities carry on business and it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up accordingly.
And take notice that a meeting of creditors of the company is summoned for Thursday, 7 April 1977, at 11 a.m., to be held at the meeting room of the N.Z. National Creditors’ Association (Auckland Adjustments) Ltd., Second Floor, T & G Building, Corner Wellesley and Elliot Streets, Auckland 1.

NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of DECORATOR SERVICES LTD. (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company and a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of McCulloch, Butler and Spence, 141 Bright Street, Gisborne, on Friday, 22 April 1977, at 11 o’clock in the morning, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereon by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
That the books and papers of the company be kept for the statutory period at the offices of Messrs McCulloch, Butler and Spence, 141 Bright Street, Gisborne.
Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member or creditor.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court by Studio Art Supplies Limited a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, artists suppliers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 20th April 1977 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

OTAKI AND PORIRUA TRUSTS AMENDMENT BILL
The Otaki and Porirua Trusts Board, established by the Otaki and Porirua Trusts Act 1943, gives notice that it intends to apply for leave to bring into the House of Representatives the Otaki and Porirua Trusts Amendment Bill. The object of the Bill is to empower the Board to carry on the business of farming upon any additional lands acquired by it.
The promoter of the Bill is the Otaki and Porirua Trusts Board, whose address for communications or notices is at Church House, 18 Eccleston Hill, Wellington (P.O. Box 12-046, Wellington North). A copy of the Bill may be inspected at that address.
