Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1669 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 2 acres and 0.5 perches, or thereabouts, situated in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1 on D.P. 28093, part of Rural Section 1426, C.T. 10A/1176 (Canterbury Registry).

This area was previously declared as (b) (i) in notice No. 1047. This notice should be read together with notice No. 1047, dated 11 March 1975*.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 9 acres 3 roods 7.5 perches, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Marshlands Road, Marshlands, in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 3184, part of Rural Section 1477, C.T. 268/252 (Canterbury Registry).

This area was previously declared as (b) (i) in notice No. 1395. The notice should be read together with notice No. 1395, dated 25 March 1976*.
