Authorization of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other
Land
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the
reserve for aerodrome purposes, described in the First Schedule
hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Marlborough County Council
and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Marlborough
(formerly Awatere County) and revokes the reservation as a
reserve for gravel purposes over the land, described in the
schedule hereto.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block III, Motu Survey
District, Waikohu County
Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in
the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the
Waikohu County Council, pursuant to the said Section 191B,
and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Each tribunal shall be a division of the Magistrate's Court
at the place in which it is located.

Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:

1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 53 and shall
   be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 28*
   (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
2. This order shall come into force on 8 April 1977.
3. The Schedule to the principal order (as substituted by
   clause 3 of the Price Order No. 50†) is hereby amended by
   omitting from the column headed (4's) Loose, opposite
   Westland District, the expression "80", and substituting the
   expression "83". The Schedule is further amended by omitting
