Declaring Land Taken, Subject to and Together with Certain Easements, for State Housing Purposes in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right of way easement created by transfer No. 560675, and together with the water and pipeline easement created by transfer No. 390539, for State housing purposes, from and after the 6th day of April 1977.
