1. To receive and adopt a statement of assets and liabilities as at 8 September 1975 and of income and expenditure for the period ended 18 April 1977, and any explanation thereof.

2. To receive the joint liquidators’ statements of receipts and payments for the year ended 8 September 1976, and the final period ended 18 April 1977, and any explanation thereof.

3. To determine the disposition of any surplus assets in terms of clause 34 of the rules of the society.
