PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road, from and after the 31st day of March 1977.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,

taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Oroua, and the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road and shall
vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Oroua, from and after the 31st day of March 1977.
