IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of PREMIER BILLIARDS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 190 Hillside Road, Dunedin:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 10th day of March 1977 presented to the said Court by ODLINS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business there and elsewhere as timber merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Dunedin on the 1st day of April 1977, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at that time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge of the same.

The notice must state the name, address, and description of the person or, if a firm, the name, address, and description of the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at Dunedin, and must be signed by the person or the firm or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service not later than 4 p.m. on the 31st day of March 1977.

SPECIAL ORDER: NUMBER OF COUNCILLORS

THAT, pursuant to the provisions of section 53 (2) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the East Coast Bays City Council hereby resolves by way of special order as follows:

To alter the total number of councillors from 9 to 11 to take effect from the next triennial elections.

The adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale of wool held on 16 March 1977 at Napier was 213.26 cents per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 4.28 per cent. This specified percentage applies from midnight on 15 March 1977 until midnight on 22 March 1977.
