1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1977, No. 21.
2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First and Second Schedules hereto the lands described in those notices were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and whereas by reason of amalgamations of titles it is considered necessary to replace or amend the notices aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Development Notice, Whangarei 1977, No. 20.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked, being replaced, to the extent necessary, by Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1977, No. 1 issued contemporaneously with this notice.

3. The notice referred to in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto.

4. The lands described in the Third Schedule are hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
