Licensing Julian Holdings Ltd. to Occupy a Boat Landing in Helensville Creek at Helensville

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Julian Holdings Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Helensville Creek as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 289 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat landing as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1977.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be fifteen dollars ($15) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be one hundred dollars ($100); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Animal Quarantine Ground at Waerenga-Extension of Declaration (No. 1645 Ag. 6/4/7/2)

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 11 of the Animals Act 1967, the land and premises described in the Schedule hereto are declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported horses from the 12th day of February 1977 to the 15th day of March 1977.
This notice extends for a further six months the declaration dated 29 July 1976, published in New Zealand Gazette, 1976, No. 83, page 1744.

SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 89 acres and 4.6 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan S. 5748, and part Lot 1, Deposited Plan 27165, and being part of Allotments 65, 69, 70A, 71, and 167, Parish of Whangamarino, and being all of that land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1714, folio 89, South Auckland Land Registry.

Notice Declaring a Quarantine Ground at Trentham (No. 1646 Ag. 6/4/7/2)

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 11 of the Animals Act 1967, the land and premises of Wrightson N.M.A. Limited and Pyne Gould Guinness Limited sale grounds situated at the northern end of Racecourse Road, Trentham, comprising approximately two and a half acres and known as “J and K Block” is hereby declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported horses from 20 February to 20 August 1977.

Meat Industry Authority (Notice No. 4—M.I.A. 3/8/1)

PURSUANT to section 6 (2) of the Meat Act 1964, (as inserted by section 4 of the Meat Amendment Act 1976), notice is hereby given that the Vincent County Council has been granted an exemption from the provisions of section 6 of the Meat Act 1964, requiring the ridings of Hawea, Clutha, Lindis, Carrick, Dunstan, and Earnscleugh, of the County of Vincent to be an inspected meat area.
