Declaring Land Taken, Subject to an Unregistered Agreement,
for the University of Auckland in Block I, Rodney Survey
District, County of Rodney

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject to the fencing covenant contained in an unregistered
agreement, dated 29 June 1972, described in the Second
Schedule hereto, between Her Majesty the Queen and
Roderick Douglas Matheson, for the University of Auckland,
from and after the 24th day of March 1977.

Schedule hereto and any other adjoining land of Roderick
Douglas Matheson, but this covenant shall not enure to the
benefit of any subsequent purchaser or occupier of such land.
