THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Special Conditions

A licence issued pursuant to this notification to hunt or kill game shall entitle the holder thereof to hunt or kill game in the Bay of Islands, Mangonui-Whangaroa, and Whangarei Acclimatisation Districts, during the period and subject, mutatis mutandis, to the conditions prescribed in this notification fixing an open season for game in those districts.

MANGONUI-WHANGAROA ACCLIMATISATION DISTRICT

Grey, shoveler (or spoonbill), and mallard duck	7 May to 12 June 1977 incl.
Paradise duck	21 May to 27 May 1977 incl.
Pukeko	7 May to 12 June 1977 incl.
California and brown quail and cock pheasant	7 May to 3 July 1977 incl.

Daily Bag Limits

Grey duck, 15.
Shoveler (or spoonbill), 15.
Mallard duck, 15.
Paradise duck, 2.
Grey, shoveler (or spoonbill), paradise and mallard duck, 15 in all.

Shooting hours: 6.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Decoy limit: No limit.

Special Conditions

In the Tauranga Harbour no maimai shall be erected that will impede the use of navigable channels and waters of the Harbour.
Maimais erected in the Tauranga Harbour must be dismantled and removed at the close of the season.
