Revocation of Appointment of Honorary Launch Warden
PURSUANT to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby revoke the appointment* of
Alexander Bruce Miller
as honorary launch warden for purposes of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962.

Notification of Resignation of Seat in the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Pahiatua
IN compliance with the provisions of section 72 of the Electoral Act 1956, I, Roy Emile Jack, Speaker of the House of Representatives, hereby notify that Keith Jacka Holyoake has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Pahiatua, and that the said seat is vacant by reason of such resignation.

Land Taken and Vested in Block XII, Rangaunu Survey District, Mangonui County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby takes the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and hereby declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto shall, when so taken, vest in Hector Colin Dean, farmer, and Dorothy Eileen Amelia Dean, his wife, both of Kaingaroa, subject to mortgages No. A13465 and No. A13466, North Auckland Land Registry, and also hereby declares that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so taken, vest in William Power Lynskey and Anthony Joseph Schluter, farmers, both of Kaitaia.
