DECLARATION REVOKING THE DISSOLUTION OF A SOCIETY

I, Gordon Charles Frazer, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the New Zealand Nurses Association Napier Branch Incorporated was made in error and that the declaration ought to be revoked. The said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly, pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
