A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of March 1977.

ALL that piece of land containing 24.4 perches, situated in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, and being part Waima D14 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 46879, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Takapuna, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of March 1977.

Authorising the Construction of a Portion of the Dunedin-Milton Motorway in the City of Dunedin and Borough of Green Island

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 7th day of February 1977

THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, at the request of the National Roads Board, and acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the construction of a portion of the motorway to be known as the Dunedin-Milton motorway, commencing in Caversham Valley Road in the City of Dunedin at a point where Rockdale Avenue, if projected, would intersect, and proceeding generally in a westerly and south-westerly direction by tunnel in part under the intersection of Caversham Valley Road and Mornington Road at Lookout Point to Burnside, there terminating adjacent to where Kaikorai Valley Road joins the Main South Road in the Borough of Green Island.

Appointing a Member of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council

PURSUANT to section 3 (2) (f) (v) of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint

John Courtney Westall Wilding

of Marlborough, farmer, representing regional water boards of the South Island, to be a member of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council from and after the 1st day of February 1977.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 9th day of February 1977.
