NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 31st day of January 1977 presented to the said Court by NEW ZEALAND AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton and carrying on business as aircraft engineers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Napier on the 20th day of May 1977 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and that a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for the same.

BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR PUBLIC WORKS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council intends under the provisions of the Counties Act 1956 to execute public works, namely, a county depot and County Council office extension and for the purpose of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928. And notice is further given that a plan showing the said land is deposited at the office of the council, situated at Main Road, Kawakawa, and may there be inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the said work or by the taking of the said land and who have an objection thereto, not being an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation, must state their objections in writing and send same to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, so as to reach him not later than 6th April 1977, being 40 days after the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received a public hearing of same will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of such hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Napier City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the realignment of Smale Terrace, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for street. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Napier City Council, situate in Hastings Street, Napier, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, care of Tribunals Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL those pieces of land, situated at the junction of Smale Terrace and Faraday Street in the City of Napier containing, first, 0.17 perches being Lot 8 on Deposited Plan 4854, and secondly, containing 2.88 perches, being Lot 9 on Deposited Plan 4854.
