Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1976/77 Season Declared (No. 1649 Ag. 3328)
PURSUANT to section 27 (7) of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971, notice is hereby given that the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for apples and pears grown during the 1976/77 season shall be 7.848 cents per kilogram of bare fruit ungraded and unpacked and delivered to the receiving depot of the board nearest to the orchard on which the fruit was grown.

PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1973, and regulation 5 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 2, the Pork Marketing Board hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Basic Minimum Price for Pigs Notice No. 3, 1977.

This notice shall be operable from the 28th day of February 1977.

This notice fixes the basic minimum prices for pigs, as specified in the following Schedule, delivered to export pig slaughterhouses.

Prime grade ..... 108 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
Choice grade ..... 98 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
Standard grade ..... 80 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.

(b) South Island:
Prime grade ..... 104 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.

Duntroon Fire District
PURSUANT to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives notice:
(1) That on 1 April 1977 there shall be constituted a Duntroon Fire District, defined as all that area of land within an area circumscribed by a distance of 8 road kilometres (5 road miles) measured in all directions from the Duntroon Fire Station site excluding any Rural Fire District established, pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, and to include the urban area of Duntroon.
