A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), and the Royal Powers Act 1953, We hereby set apart in the Nelson Conservancy the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as a State forest park to be known as the Mount Richmond State Forest Park and direct that this Proclamation shall come into force on the 4th day of March 1977.

MOUNT RICHMOND STATE FOREST PARK

FIRST, all those areas of State forest land in the Marlborough Land District, County of Marlborough, containing together 7463.3887 hectares, more or less, and comprising—

(1) 2428.1138 hectares, situated in Blocks X, XI, XIV, and XV, Linkwater Survey District, and Block II, Cloudy Bay Survey District; as described in Gazette, 1881, p. 959, and marked A on S.O. Plan 5482:

Secondly, all those areas of State forest land in the Marlborough Land District, County of Marlborough, containing together 15142.5288 hectares, more or less, and comprising—
