On the advice of the Attorney-General to sign a Commission appointing Ivor Lloyd Morgan Richardson, Esquire, of Wellington, Barrister, a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand and directing that the Commission take effect on the 2nd day of May 1977:

On the advice of the Minister of Forests to sign a Proclamation setting apart certain State forest land in the Nelson Conservancy as a State forest park to be known as the Mount Richmond State Forest Park and directing that the Proclamation come into force on the 4th day of March 1977.

The Queen was also graciously pleased to accept:
