Declaration that Part of the Karoro Domain shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the part of the Karoro Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage, Change of Purpose of a Reserve and Appointment of the Kekerengu Hall Society to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Scout Association of New Zealand to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for Scout purposes to a reserve for a site for a public hall, subject to the provisions of the Act and further, appoints the Kekerengu Hall Society to control and manage the said reserve.
