NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 291 (3) of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held in the Chamber of Commerce Hall, corner Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street, Christchurch, on Tuesday, 8 March 1977, at 11 a.m. to conduct the following business:

NOTICE is hereby given that by a special resolution passed by way of entry in its minute book, pursuant to section 362 (1), by the shareholders of the above-named company, it was resolved:

That the company be wound up voluntarily.

And that the following ordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

That Mr Rodney Harrison Wimsett, of Napier, chartered accountant, be, and hereby he is, appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets; and that his remuneration be based on time at scale approved by the New Zealand Society of Accountants.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Mordale Investments Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 28th day of February 1977 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955 or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
