Declaring Land Taken for Police Purposes (Residence) in the City of Invercargill

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to and together with a right of way, right to convey water, power and telephone rights, and rights to drain water and sewage, contained in easement certificate 019172.1 for police purposes (residence) from and after the 17th day of February 1977.
