ALL that area in the South Auckland, Taranaki, and Wellington Land Districts containing 4808 square kilometres, more or less, commencing at Trig Station 1390, Pureora, in Block III, Hurakia Survey District, and proceeding generally south-easterly along the western boundary of Part Tihoi (3B8B2B, 3B8B3, 3B8B4, 3B8B6, and 3B8B8), B Block, and the western and southern boundaries of Tihoi 3B8A Block, crossing Western Bays Road, to the southernmost corner of that Block; thence southerly along the western boundaries of Section 3, Block XIV, Marotiri Survey District, Part Tihoi (3B8B2B, 3B8B3, 3B8B4, 3B8B6, and 3B8B8), B Block, Section 1, Block XIV, Marotiri Survey District, and Tihoi 1 Block, to the western shore of Lake Taupo; thence southerly along that shore to the middle of the mouth of the Waihi Stream; thence south-westerly along right lines to Trig Station Tongariro No. 1, Trig Station D, Ngauruhoe, and Trig Station H, Paretaitonga; thence westerly along a right line to Trig Station I, Te Kohatu, a right line to the source of the Makatote Stream and down the middle of that stream to the eastern boundary of Section 13, Block VIII, Mangani Survey District; thence due south along a right line to the middle of the Mangauniateao River; thence westerly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 24, Block XI, Mangani Survey District; thence generally north-westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Raetihi-Waimarino Road, along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 24, Block VII, Mangani Survey District, to and along that boundary, the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Section 4, Block VI, Mangani Survey District, the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Makino Road, along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 2, Block II, Mangani Survey District, the south-western boundary of Section 3, Block I aforesaid, and the production of that boundary to the middle of the Ruatiti-Erua Road, along the middle of that road to a point due south of the intersection of the western boundary of Lot 2 of Section 3, Block II aforesaid, and the northern side of that road; thence due north to the said intersection; thence northerly along the western boundary of Lot 2 of Section 3 aforesaid, and its production to the middle of the Ruatiti Stream; thence northerly up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 8, Block XIII, Kaitieke Survey District; thence generally westerly to and along that boundary and the south-western boundary of that section and its production to the middle of Kokako Road, along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 5, Block XIII aforesaid, to and along that boundary and the south-western boundary of Lot 1 of Section 3, the south-eastern boundary of Section 9, Block XIII aforesaid, and its production to the middle of the Maungaroa Road and along the middle of that road to and along that boundary, the north-western boundary of Section 3, the northern boundaries of Sections 6 and 7, Block IV, Whirinaki Survey District, the north-eastern boundary of Section 8, Block III, Whirinaki Survey District, the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 9, Block III, aforesaid, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the north-eastern boundary of Section 11, Block II, Whirinaki Survey District, to the southern side of Te Mata Road; thence along a right line to the intersection of the north-eastern boundaries of Section 1, Block I, Whirinaki Survey District, with the northern and north-western boundaries of the said Section 1, the western boundary of Section 2, Block I, aforesaid, and the southern boundary of Block XIII, Retaruke Survey District, to the middle of the Wanganui River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Maraekowhai A 3B 1 Block, to the northern boundary of Section 5, Block X, Heao Survey District; thence westerly generally along the northern boundary of that section and the northern boundary of Section 2, Block IX, Heao Survey District, and its production across Heao Road to the middle of the Heao Stream; thence northerly generally up the middle of that stream to the thirty-ninth parallel of south latitude; thence westerly along the said thirty-ninth parallel to a point in line with the western boundary of Block XVI, Waro Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to and along the western boundary of the aforesaid Block XVI, Waro Survey District, to the confiscation boundary line; thence along that line to the middle of the Tangarakau Stream; thence generally northerly up the middle of that stream and the Waitaanga Stream to a point in line with the middle of a stream near the southern boundary of Section 2, Block VII, Waro Survey District; thence generally westerly to and up the middle of that stream to and along the northern side of the Kotare Road and the southern boundaries of Section 1, Block VII, and Section 10, Block VI, Waro Survey District; thence generally southerly and westerly along the western and northern side of that road to the right bank of the Kotare Stream and the left bank of the Mangatawa Stream to a point in line with the production of the north-eastern boundary of Section 11, Block VI, Waro Survey District; thence northerly and easterly along the western and northern boundaries of the said Section 10 crossing the Tongaporutu-Mangaroa Road to the western boundary of the said Section 4, Block VI aforesaid; thence northerly along the western boundaries of the said Section 4 and Sections 5 and 6, Block VI, Waro Survey District, to the north-western corner of the said Section 6; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said Section 6 to the Mohakatino Road; thence northerly along the western side of the Mohakatino Road to the middle of the Mangaone Stream and down the middle of the said stream to and down the middle of the said stream to its confluence with the Mohakatino River near the westernmost corner of Subdivision 1, of Section 1, Block III, Waro Survey District; thence up the middle of the Mohakatino River and its production to the middle of the Mokau River; thence up the middle of that river to its confluence with the Panirau Stream; thence along that boundary to the south-western corner of Section 11, Block V, Aria Survey District; thence easterly along the said Section 11 to the south-western corner of Section 2, Block V, Aria Survey District; thence northerly along the southern boundaries of the said Section 2 and Part Lot 1, D.P. 8793 (Taranaki Land Registry), to and southerly and easterly along the western and southern boundaries of Section 8 of the said Block V, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Waitewhena Road; thence northerly along the western and original southern and eastern boundaries of Section 9, Block VI, Aria Survey District, to the south-western corner of Part Section 5, Block VII, Aria Survey District; thence generally north-easterly along the generally eastern boundary of Block VI, Aria Survey District, and the generally southern boundaries of Blocks III and IV, Aria Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Tangitu Survey District, to the southern corner of Section 18, Block II, Tangitu Survey District; thence generally south-easterly along that side, crossing Paraketo Road, to a point in line with the south-eastern side of a public road intersecting Part Section 2, Block III, Tangitu Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to the intersection of the said south-eastern side with the northern side of the said Takiri Road; thence easterly along that northern side to the south-eastern corner of Rangitoto Tuhua 77B1B1; thence generally northerly along the eastern boundary of Part Rangitoto Tuhua 77B2A and the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Rangitoto Tuhua 77B2B1 and the north-eastern boundary of Rangitoto Tuhua 77B2B2 to the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 7475 (Taranaki Land Registry), situated in Block XIII, Mapara Survey District;
