Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for an Agriculture Research Station in the County of Taieri

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Scouts Association of New Zealand Incorporated by Waiora Estate Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office in Dunedin, under and by virtue of lease No. 364375, recorded in certificates of title, Volume 267, folio 237, No. 4C/648, 4C/649, 4C/598; and Volume 330, folio 152, is hereby taken subject as to the land secondly described to building line restriction imposed by memorandum of acceptance, No. X 12764, and grant of water pipe rights contained in transfer No. 117332, subject as to the land thirdly described to grant of water pipe rights contained in transfer No. 117332, subject as to the land fourthly described to Proclamation No. 480, grant of water pipe rights contained in transfer No. 117332, and building line restriction imposed by memorandum of acceptance No. X12764, for an agricultural research station, from and after the 15th day of December 1977.
