Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Coal Mining Operations Under Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925 in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 9th day of February 1977, published in Gazette, No. 28, 10 March 1977, at page 564, declaring land taken for coal mining operations under Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925, in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule:

Declaring Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken excluding the subsoil of the part of the within land contained in certificate of title A2/1186, for better utilisation, from and after the 8th day of December 1977.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block IV, Matakohe Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otamatea, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and that the road firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Peter Gerald Furze of Taipuha, farmer, and Merrill Mavis Furze, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 617562.2, 367817.1, and 617562.3, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Ian Nigel Keay of Taipuha, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. A250192, 549959, and 190515.1, North Auckland Land Registry.
