Land Taken for Waterworks in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PUSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honour-able Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Huntly, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 24th day of November 1977.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2031 square metres, situated in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, being part Allotment 735, Taupiri Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 49045, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked 'A'.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 14th day of November 1977.

Land Taken in Connection with Street Extension in the City of Palmerston North

A PROCLAMATION
PUSUANT to the Public Works Act and section 191 of the Municipal Corporation Act 1954, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street extension and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1977.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 809 square metres, situated in the City of Palmerston North, being part Section 305, Township of Palmerston North, being Lot 22, D.P. 22. All certificate of title, Volume 8, folio 45.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of November 1977.

Amending the Constitution of the Waikato Valley Authority
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 25th day of October 1977
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PUSUANT to section 4 (2) of the Waikato Valley Authority Act 1956 (as amended by section 2 of the Waikato Valley Authority Amendment Act 1977) and with the agreement of the Waikato Valley Authority and the local authorities of the constituent districts affected, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 31st day of March 1969 and published in Gazette, No. 19, 2 April 1969, p. 608, and hereby provides for the constitution of the Waikato Valley Authority to be amended as follows:
The fourteen members referred to in paragraph (c) of subsection 2 of the said section 4 shall be elected to represent the constituent districts as follows:
(a) One member to represent the combined district comprising so much of the County of Franklin as lies within the Valley and the Borough of Pukekohe, the County of Franklin to be the principal local council of the said combined district;
(b) One member to represent the County of Raglan;
(c) One member to represent the combined district comprising the County of Waipa and the Borough of Te Awamutu,
