  1. Class H
    This section is hereby revoked and the following new section substituted therefor:

  3. Wool, unscoured or scoured, will be charged as follows:
    Undumped or single-dumped bales Class H.
    Double-dumped or dense-packed bales See section 74J.
    Bags, fudges, pockets Class C (maximum charge per package Class H).

  4. Handling, etc.—The department may require all loading, unloading, or tallying to be performed by the owners. Where loading, unloading, covering or tallying is performed by the department, the following charges will be made:
    Loading or unloading 59c per bale.
    (including tallying where performed)
    Tallying (without handling) 19c per bale.
    Covering (labour charge) $2.53 per tarpaulin.

  5. Class J
    This section is hereby revoked and the following new section substituted therefor:

  7. Minimum loads of goods chargeable at Class J will be as follows:

Each Four Wheeled Wagon n.o.s. Each LB, Lc Wagon Each Mc, Nc, Nr Wagon Each Kp, Ks, Xp or V Wagon Each Zp Wagon Each Bogie Wagon n.o.s.
Hides, skins and pelts } 6* Tonnes 8 Tonnes 10 Tonnes 10* Tonnes 20* Tonnes 18*

*Box type wagons will not be supplied for green and unprocessed hides and skins.

  1. Minimum Charge—Except where otherwise specified any less quantity than the minimum prescribed will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at Class D whichever is cheaper.

  2. Handling—The department may require all loading or unloading to be performed by owners. Where loading or unloading is performed by the department the charges as prescribed in section 122 will apply.

  3. Tallying—The department will not undertake to tally goods consigned under the provisions of this section.

  4. Covering—If covering of dense-packed or double-dumped wool conveyed under the provisions of this section is performed by the department, a labour charge of $2.53 per tarpaulin will be made.

  5. Class K
    Paragraph 2. Small Lots.—Omit this paragraph and substitute:

  6. Small lots—Except where otherwise specified the charge for any quantity less than the wagon minimum prescribed will be based on such minimum or on actual quantity subject to a minimum of 0.25 m³—at the following scale if cheaper:
