Frank Beran

as honorary launch warden for purposes of the Harbours Act 1950.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work (Portion of Waitaki-Bluff Railway Branch Line from Edendale to Toitois, Wyndham Section) at Edendale and not now Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and subject to the reservation of water and sewage drainage rights, as defined in section 90D of the Land Transfer Act 1952, over the land marked B on the plan, as an easement in gross in favour of the grantee, the Edendale Dairy Company Limited, of Edendale, as from the 7th day of February 1977.
