ADVERTISEMENT OF CANCELLING

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 19th day of October 1977, cancelled the registry of Court Kopuaranga No. 7507, Register No. 144 (21), a branch of the Wellington District of the Ancient Order of Foresters, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

NOTICE OF ORDER FOR CONFISCATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE

(SECTIONS 44B AND 44D OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT 1954)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 44D of the Criminal Justice Act 1954, that at a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Invercargill on Thursday, the 13th day of October 1977, upon convictions being entered against one Paul Vivian Arnold, of 270 Ythan Street, Invercargill, in respect of one charge of theft and one charge of burglary, an order was made, pursuant to section 44B 2(a) of the Criminal Justice Act 1954, for the confiscation of the offender’s motor vehicle and directing that the said Paul Vivian Arnold deliver up his 1961 Holden motor vehicle, Registered No. BG 3268, to the Chief Bailiff of the Magistrate’s Court at Invercargill at the Public Trust Building, Don Street, Invercargill, at 2 p.m. on 14 October 1977, together with all documents relating to the ownership of the vehicle and all charges and encumbrances relating to the vehicle.

Dated at Invercargill this 13th day of October 1977.
