"The capital of ROBERTSON AIR SERVICE HOLDINGS LIMITED is one hundred and eighty-four thousand dollars ($184,000) divided into 2 ordinary A shares of one dollar ($1) each fully paid and 183,998 ordinary B shares of one dollar ($1) each fully paid having been reduced from four hundred and thirty-four thousand six hundred dollars ($434,600) divided into 2 ordinary A shares of one dollar ($1) each fully paid and 434,598 ordinary B shares of one dollar ($1) each fully paid".
