Local Authorities Loans Act 1956: General Variation of Conditions of Borrowing
PURSUANT to section 9 (4A) of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as inserted by section 4 (3) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), notice is hereby given that the Local Authorities Loans Board, acting with approval of the Minister of Finance, has determined as follows:

This general determination shall apply to all money which any supply authority has received the sanction of the board, given before the date of this notice to borrow under the Government Home Insurance Scheme.

All money to which this general determination applies shall mature on the 30th day of April 1981.
-
All sanctions to which this general determination applies shall be varied accordingly.

Supreme Court Sittings 1978
WE, three of the Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers vested in us by the Judicature Act 1908, hereby appoint that during the year 1978 sittings of the Supreme Court for the dispatch of civil and criminal business will be held at the Supreme Court Houses in the following places:
AUCKLAND
Criminal Trials and Civil Actions before Judge and Jury: As from 1 February, the Court will sit each week commencing on Monday.
All other Classes of Business: The Court will sit each week day from 1 February.
WELLINGTON
Criminal Trials and Civil Actions before Judge and Jury: The Court will sit during the weeks commencing:
7 and 13 February
6 and 13 March
3 and 10 April
1, 8 and 29 May
6 and 12 June
