NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
UNDER THE INCORPORATED SOCIETIES ACT 1908
IN the matter of the NEW ZEALAND FARMERS UNION (AUCKLAND PROVINCE) INCORPORATED (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the above-named society, held on the 3rd day of October 1977, the following resolution was passed:
In view of the declining numbers of members of New Zealand Farmers Union (Auckland Province) Incorporated, such society be wound up forthwith and its members, funds, and property transferred to Federated Farmers of New Zealand (Auckland Province) Incorporated, pursuant to rule 36 of the society’s rules.
